314 WOMEN'S TEAM
We're excited to announce the formation of our women's team, 314W, which will begin competing in 2025. The 314 Women's Team will be the sister team to our men's program, sharing the same commitment to excellence, community involvement, and player development.
OUR VISION
The 314 Women's Team aims to provide a professional environment for female players to develop their skills and compete at a high level. We're committed to growing women's soccer in the St. Louis region and creating pathways for players to reach their full potential.
Our program will focus on technical excellence, tactical awareness, and physical conditioning, all within a supportive team culture that emphasizes both individual and collective growth.

What to expect from the 314 Women's Team program.
Professional Environment
Players will train in a professional environment with experienced coaches, access to quality facilities, and a structured program designed to maximize development.
Competitive Matches
The team will compete in a regional women's league, with additional matches against quality opposition to ensure players are consistently challenged.
Player Development
Our focus is on developing complete players through technical training, tactical understanding, physical conditioning, and mental preparation.
Community Engagement
Players will participate in community events and youth clinics, serving as role models and growing the women's game in St. Louis.
Pathway Opportunities
We'll provide connections to college programs and higher-level teams, supporting players who aspire to continue their careers at the next level.
Integrated Club Structure
The women's team will be fully integrated into the 314 Soccer Club structure, sharing resources, facilities, and the club's vision and values.
TRYOUT INFORMATION
We'll be holding open tryouts for the 314 Women's Team in late 2024. Players of all backgrounds are welcome to attend and showcase their abilities.
